I met with the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, Plant Manager, and HR Representative. The interview took about 60 minutes and the plant tour was probably just as long, if not longer. They had me do a run-down of my resume with brief descriptions of my previous roles, they asked a few questions about some of the accomplishments listed on my resume, they asked about working styles and how I handle certain situations. They asked for reasons why I left my previous jobs.
