Interviewed with two members of the senior team. They seemed happy, including asking for my availability, offering me a tour of the studio, asking what kinds of projects I would like to work on. I was told that I would hear back soon. I had to chase, called and emailed multiple times and was promised again that I would hear back as they were finalising. They never got back to me. Hugely unfair to ask candidates to prepare for an interview, and not even offer them an answer as to whether they were successful or not, talk less of any feedback.
