Long and incredibly opaque - interviewed with 10 different people over 3 months (including one onsite) only to receive a sudden and vague rejection email. The onsite is drawn out and purposely intimidating. Company clearly didn't have the position fully flushed out before beginning the interview process.

Describe an instance when you had to manage up and hold people accountable to deadlines?
30 minute initial screening, very forthcoming and kind while remaining thorough. Did not move on through the process but left having an enjoyable experience. Interviewer seemed like a class act.
