Damon Liss Design interview questions

Met with Damon, very nice and personable, Gave positive feedback but was overall too "senior" for the immediate position. Busy office, good location, lots of residential projects if that's what you're interested in.

Found him through a recruiter. He even warned me that Damon is a tough interviewer. I met with him and two members of his team. He did all of the talking and we went through my portfolio and what I did at my last job. Overall he came across as incredibly arrogant and rude. His two employees basically said nothing during the interview and looked like they were scared of him.
