Pros
Very collaborative environment, great and supportive team culture. Damon values everyone’s opinion and is open and generous with his time even though he is usually very busy. A lot of opportunity for great design due to large project budgets. We are currently doubling in size, hoping for a larger work surface, more material library storage, and a dedicated kitchenette space.
Cons
Office works on Macs; need better solution for sample storage.
