Data#3 Security Engineer interview questions

Got a phone call from HR few days after i applied. Went to the first interview. The manager was doing most of the talking and was complaining about how immature the team was and how they were struggling to get things done. Was not asked a lot of questions at all and got told by the manager that there will be a second interview with the Head of IT and some other GM. Next day, got a call and email from HR for the second interview. One day before the second interview, got another call from HR stating that there will not be a second interview as they've found some gaps. Wow... 12 months later, this role is still being advertised, looks like they are still looking....
