First group interview then individual, group interview includes self introduction, and choose an item you would buy from David Jones without considering the budget, then they will give different scenario based questions where you discuss as a group then present.
Group interview (20-30 people) which included a lot of training and information, with individual interview afterwards where specific questions were asked about your resume, experience and expectations. The staff were kind and enthusiastic throughout the process and before the interview the HR team were responsive and informative.
