I applied through other source. I interviewed at Degree Analytics (Austin, TX) in Aug 2020
Interview
Not only was my interviewer late, but he only gave me 5 minutes of his time. It was apparent that he felt I was underqualified, but my question to this company is, then why move forward with the candidate? You viewed my portfolio; you read my resume. If your post says entry-level, then why don't your work expectations align with that? To that note, why don't you ask technical questions to gauge one's problem-solving abilities? UX is about problem-solving, designers come from myriad backgrounds, please look past one's resume.

Question 1
What is your forte, please describe your experience?
I applied online. I interviewed at Degree Analytics (Atlanta, GA) in Sept 2020
Interview
Was contacted to schedule an online interview. I was stood up. The interviewer e-mailed me apologizing and saying they would be in touch to reschedule and they never did. I'm sure working for them is a disorganized nightmare.

Question 1
Didn't get to questions. I have a question though, why would a company schedule an interview and then ghost them? I looked into the company and prepared for a conversation. Waste of my time.
