Currently have a conditional job offer, applied in October and attended December hiring event. Onsite they handled interviews background check fingerprinting as well as physical test..
Physical test was bad at it. I’m in pretty good shape. I was able to move quick but it’s a tad more talent day than they make it but it’s completely doable. Overall, the process was seamless for the hiring event.

Interview
Long but organised. The hiring event is a mass event although there is a step in the process which does involve a one on one interview. They also conduct the drug test and a physical aptitude test during the same hiring event.

Interview
Conducted at a hotel near the airport. We check in and presenters teach us about the company and about the job. We then get taken to do one on one interviews and get hired on the spot. Really nice interviewers!
Interview will take about 4-5 hour. You will meet with delta team and after 1on1 in person interview. There will be 4 or 5 questions and you will have to answers in a STAR method.
