I got the email and went to a pre hire interview. It was easy, they just gave some star based questions. And then there was a physical component where we picked up luggage with added weights, wiped down display airplane seats in a timed manner, and a drug test.

Easy. If you make it to the interview, you're practically guaranteed the job. Simple questions such as "how do you work with others" or "name a time you had to work with a difficult employee".

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
They use the STAR (Situation Task Action Result) Method for every interview question and they will notate your answers. You’ll know before the interview is over if you got the job or not. Immediately after you finish the interview you’ll take a drug test and physical and complete a background check all in the same day.
