Took 2 assessments/evaluations with different scenarios asking how we would handle each (coworkers, work tension, irate passengers, etc). After passing those, I was invited to do a video interview. You are allowed 3 attempts to answer each question.

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

(odvi)For the ODVI they give you an unlimited amount of time to prepare before hitting record. Not sure if the camera is still capturing you while you are preparing for the question even though you didn’t hit record so be mindful of that

Please describe a time a change at work impacted your daily routine. Describe the steps you took to adapt as well as the outcome of those steps.
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
