I applied online on a Wednesday, it asks you to select a date to be called for a phone interview. I selected that Friday. The phone interview consisted of behavioral questions like "tell me about a time when ...." she asked about 4 questions and because I was prepared it was over in 10 mins. She then put me on hold for about 30 secs then said that I passed the phone interview portion and the next step was to finish the online application which I had already done so she advised me that Delta would call me for the fact to face interview. I received the call the next day, a Saturday for an interview on the following Tuesday. The interview went really well, the guy basically was just telling me abou the positiion and if I could do the job. At the very start of the interview though he told me that they had already selected 3 people for the position but if they don't accept it they would either hire ppl for on call positions or another position with the company which i believe was a ramp agent. We went over my resume. He asked questions about why I left my previous jobs. I believe the deal breaker for him was I was recently discharged from the army for a medical reason and I haven't received a release from my doctor yet and he said that the job is physical and he's worried about my injury first and foremost. I appreciated that but I attempted to reassure him that I can get a release I just haven't seen my doctor in a while but I guess he wasn't hearing. needless to say, i didn't get the job but it was a great experience being it was my first interview in a year.
