I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2013
Interview
Applied in December of 2012 received a email after taking the assessment saying that someone would be contacting me. I didn't receive a call back til February in which I received a immediate phone interview. After the interview I was told I had passed and that I would be hearing from them shortly to set up a f2f. Didn't hear anything until 3-4 weeks later. F2f interview is a cattle call interview session. They make you feel very comfortable, (but just always remember your every move is being watched). was about a 4-5 hour day.

Question 1
Describe a conflict you had with a manager, how did you handle it, how was it resolved?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It was very nerve racking so I would look online and kinda have an idea of how you would answer so you won’t feel unprepared . Star method is very important and try to look confident and polished.
