I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2014
Interview
The process was very fast a total of 2 weeks from video interview to face to face.. I'm already a flight attendant for another airline. The face to face is about 30 other delta employees. To be honest to get hired at Delta u need to connect with the interviewer. The ST AR method is more of a tactic to keep u on your toes. At the end if your named is called they want you. The others are hurried off. My advice look good. But not too good. I feel that men have an advantage and also if u are bilingual. Who was chosen was this Ken doll looking guy. He is a rarity in the flight attendant world. So that was no surprise. They will look u up and down. But out of 30 people judging maybe 4 had it together from head to toe. So it was an interesting experience. I could say other negative observation s. But I'll keep it classy.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
