I applied online. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (New York, NY) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview was based on "tell me a time when" questions and your "solutions" "reactions" to such scenarios. Ultimately just be yourself. The interviewers and employees were so kind and not intimidating in any way. If you pass the interview you go through pre-employment screenings.
