I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Mar 2015
Interview
Went through the normal screening process; phone interview, video interview, then invite to ATL for cattle call interview. There were about 75 candidates that all looked the same. Smiling ear to ear putting on their show in their navy suits. As you go through the process be comfortable visiting with strangers and asking the Delta staff questions. Don't be overly eager or come across fake. Be yourself, calm and confident.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
