I applied online and received an invite for a video interview 5 days later. I was intimidated by the program but it turned out to be very straight forward and user friendly. I had 3 days to complete the video. I prepped (and prepped and prepped) using this site and other forums. My greatest recommendation is to use the practice questions available through the program and do a "dress rehearsal" so that you can make adjustments. I discovered that the blouse I planned to wear was very unattractive on film, I was in dire need of a haircut and I was unaware of some facial expressions that looked odd when frozen on film. I've read on this site that the video interview was easy; I couldn't disagree more, but I often over think things, lol. I anticipated 2 of the questions, 2 were a little more difficult and I had to wing one. It was difficult to answer these questions with a smile which may have been my undoing...Not sure how I did but not feeling all that confident despite having been on the other side of these interviews for years...so now I wait! I felt this interview was difficult. Some of that could be my own high standard. Waiting to see if an offer for a f2f is coming, Yikes
