Had a panel of 5 managers interview me for an engineering position. It was pretty easy and all questions were in a STAR format. The interview itself lasted maybe 30 minutes or so and when asked to tell them about myself I went over my resume in a chronological order.

Name a time when you had to teach someone something.
2 rounds of interview. In-person was detailed and technical.
Decision make is quick. Presented a few scenarios and asked how to solve it. Personality questions were interesting, better be prepared by doing some research on how to answer personality/team player questions effectively..

Interview
This is a review for Delta Flight Products recruiting process. I was contacted by the HR and scheduled for the phone interview. The interviewers were partialy distracted, but otherwise went very well. After the interview I followed up with the HR and never heared back even a short note or reply. I understand I might of not satisfied some requirements. But a quick e-mail would have been polite.
In my experience it was the first. Extremely unprofessional of Debra.
