I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in July 2022
Interview
3 Step interview, you will be broken in one of 3 groups and which random group you are in determines which activity you do first.
Activity #1 is the Galley Set Up.
Activity #2 is an information session
Activity #3 is a face-to-face one-on-one interview with a flight attendant.
In between all of these activities you have brief meet and greets with flight attendants. Be sure to be outgoing and keep a smile during these sessions.

Question 1
GALLEY ACTIVITY ____
The Galley setup activity is one of the activities you will have to do. Take your time and read the instructions very carefully. They will try to trick you by hiding information or saying to do things one way but if you keep reading you'll see that you need to do things another way. Long story short, avoid stacking, avoid hanging baskets off the cart (if the plane you are supposed to be on is small) and check to make sure you are serving the correct drinks and snacks for the time of day (soda vs. juice, etc.), also very important check to see if anyone on board has a peanut allergy.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

Question 1
Name a time you had to deal with an upset customer?
It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
