I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Nov 2018
Interview
First, there was a video interview, and that was super awkward. Next, there is a phone interview, and they will check if you have your passport and why you want to work for Delta. Then there is an on-site panel and group interview. There will be about 30-75 people in the class with you, and then they take you into a separate room to conduct a panel interview with maybe two other individuals. Then you will know if you were offered a conditional offer. You have to pass your background checks, and initial training before you c an consider yourself a flight attendant.

Question 1
Tell me a time you made a mistake and how you took ownership of that.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
