Group interview. If you pass the individual interview you stay and will complete all of your onboarding tasks that day to include background check and drug screen. You want to come prepared with detailed job history and personal identification.
A question will be presented, i.e “can you tell me about a time you where safety was extremely important?”
you are expected to answer the question in a story which includes the situation, the task at hand, the action you took and the result of that action.

5 hour gauntlet run. Everything done on-site after you are offered conditional employment. Applications for background, fingerprints, customs, drug test, angility test all done at hiring event. It’s no joke. Be prepared for a full day.
