I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in July 2015
Interview
It was a series of (2) online applications, a video interview, a phone interview, and face to face meeting with seasoned Delta staff, and HR in Atlanta. Overall it was exciting, diligent, and an incredibly positive experience. I only wish I they would outline roughly why you did not receive a conditional job offer so that you may be able to work on your short comings for the potential of resubmitting an application.

Question 1
When and how did you deal with a teammate who didn't exactly live up to the expectations of the rest of team, and how did you handle it?
Why Delta?
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.

It’s challenging, but rewarding, remember to answer in star format, and just enjoy the process, think about your why and smile! No matter if you have received a TBNT- don’t let that stop you from your dream…Keep climbing!
