I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Delta Air Lines (Atlanta, GA) in Oct 2023
Interview
You apply, go through an assessment or two and then get invited down to Atlanta to interview. It is a full day where you do both group and individual type interviews as well as mingle with current Delta FA's and other people who work for Delta.
It is definitely a very intense and lengthy process but overall I think it was to my expectations.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic interview questions about customer service, what would you do's, tell me a time, etc.
I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
