At my previous job I volunteered to stay later and was given a radio to oversee the other workers on the floor. I was given radios before, however this specific time work was exceptionally busy and I had to not only get my own work done, but I had to make sure others did also. It was the most stressful day I have ever had at work, but we met our numbers and everything was completed efficiently. Under stress I learned to adapt and gained leadership experience.
