Interview
Very friendly interview in nice office, spatial , math, and typing test. I don't think they ever looked at my results. Before the in person interview, there is a short phone interview with HR, very short, she just asked if you know your cardinal directions. The phone "screen" seemed impossible to not pass, and then the in person interview was with Tiffany. I liked her a whole bunch because she was very friendly. Asked a lot of typical interview questions, but her demeanor was so nice, nothing seemed nerve racking. If you have ever worked in a call center with a script, it's a huge plus.
Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to have you join our team! We do actually look at your test results, and they are part of the determination process as to who we hire. And while the phone screen seemed impossible not to pass, you would be surprised at the number of applicants who don't make it to an in-person interview (and we get a whole lot of information in those 10-15 minutes on the phone).
