Long interview where meet most of the company, but not too difficult and casual in nature. Ample time to ask questions. Some additional homework but it too is not difficult.

Interview
After emailing with the most responsive HR, I had a phone interview that went well. The employee that I spoke with had an understanding of my resume and didn't sound like they were scanning it as I talked. It was more of a conversational interview than a series of close-ended questions. Even though I didn't get the job, HR actually kept my resume on file and later contacted me about another position.
