Long and informative, talked about all food outlets of the hotel. Talked about competition in the area and business plan acumen. Listed opportunities that they want to improve and talked about other areas of the hotel that they are interested in expanding to grow the F&B department. We went into depth about P&L and making major changes to the restaurant to provide better guest service.

It was good they got right to the point but since they had my resume they didnt ask much, they saw me to young and thought that i didnt have much to offer when they first saw me
