Interview
Aptitude test with knowledge of English Language, Mathematics, Logical Reasoning.
Personal HR Round & Managent Member Round finding out what is candidate's experience in domain knowledge. Also they checked if the person is confident in his attitude and answers with reference to his apprience and the way you answer questions and also how brief or elaborately you answer to questions.
Lastly an interview with a consultant with domain expertise knowledge.
