Pros(conditional) If you're in the good books of the boss 1. Flexibility 2. Freedom to perform and contribute 3. Take decisions 4. Employee engagement activities

1. Salary wayy below market standards 2. Work way over industry standards 3. Minimum or no growth path 4. No employee benefit schemes such as insurance , mediclaim etc (it can be added but as a part of the CTC) 5. Owner has the reigns of the organisation with very little updated knowledge. 6. Inspite of the company manking profit with sales at an all time high, yet the management decides to deduct 50 percent salary from all employees due to pandemic.(company is classified as support to essential services ). Highly unethical- main and only reason why I quit
