      Pros(conditional) If you're in the good books of the boss 1. Flexibility 2. Freedom to perform and contribute 3. Take decisions 4. Employee engagement activities

      Cons

      1. Salary wayy below market standards 2. Work way over industry standards 3. Minimum or no growth path 4. No employee benefit schemes such as insurance , mediclaim etc (it can be added but as a part of the CTC) 5. Owner has the reigns of the organisation with very little updated knowledge. 6. Inspite of the company manking profit with sales at an all time high, yet the management decides to deduct 50 percent salary from all employees due to pandemic.(company is classified as support to essential services ). Highly unethical- main and only reason why I quit

      Pros

      Great work culture. Freedom to experiment supportive bosses location accessible from both Western and Harbor line ( 5 min walkable from Wadala station ) and 7 min by cab from Dadar. Manufacturing of Drums so you get a good exposure of various aspects good leave policy and travel policy Salary is never delay increments on time and good one

      1.saturday working , but i guess that is work in progress and they will now get it to half day or maybe in the near future holiday.

      Pros

      Supportive bosses Prime location easily accessible (no problem of traffic jams etc) Well to do company Salaries are on time Career plan for every employee and succession plan for sr people are in place

      Cons

      Working on Saturday’s since plants functions so it’s a strategic choice can’t help
