First applied with CV and cover letter, then invited to complete an online situational strength's assessment. Followed by a short strengths-based telephone interview and an assessment centre. Typical competency, numerical and behavioural questions asked. Long waiting time between online assessment and telephone interview.

The assessment centre included two group exercises, individual tasks candidates had to perform and a competency based interview. I would recommend to work through the tasks as quickly and efficiently as possible as the time is very limited for each one.
