Applied online followed by a face to face interview. Interview conducted at Gloucester office by 2 Group Heads and the Team Leader. Questions were a mix of behavioural and technical.

Question 1
A number of case studies were described and the candidate was asked to describe damage mechanism, potential causes and a route for an integrity assessment.

Interview
I applied online in October. I had to answer a few questions about the company for the application. Two weeks later got an email to complete a numerical and cultural fit assessment. After that I received an email from them where I got to choose the time of the telephone interview. The telephone interview was very relaxed, the interviewer steered you in the right direction and they were very friendly. I heard from them 2 days later.
