Ho inoltrato la mia candidatura tramite il portale dell'università e sono stata ricontattata via mail dopo nemmeno 24 ore dal Product Director della sede di Milano che mi ha fatto scegliere la data per il colloquio. Il colloquio è stato principalmente motivazionale e volto a indagare la mia attitudine, i miei interessi e le mie passioni. La mattina dopo lo stesso Product Director mi ha conttato via mail per confermarmi lo stage.

I applied online and heard back within a few days. I had a phone interview with the hiring manager and was asked to come in for an in-person. I met with 5 people over the span of a few hours. The interviews were all pretty informal and they didn’t really look at my resume at all. They asked me more behavioral types of questions and they were trying to get to know me. After my interviews the hiring manager asked me to perform a test and return it within a weeks time. I sent the test in a few days later and just never heard from anyone at the company again. Overall I thought the interviews were easy and well managed, but I’m very disappointed that I spent about 7-8 hours of my time interviewing and performing a test to be ghosted. A simple “we’re not interested” is all I wanted to hear, but instead I learned the position was filled when the person who accepted posted about it on LinkedIn. Not a good look, EF.
