Phone screen followed by on-site interview. Phone screen consists of personality questions, past experiences and a few coding-specific questions. On-site consists of 3-4 consecutive coding challenges. Interviewees were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall difficulty was relatively low, but a broad range of concepts are covered.
