Interview
The recruiter I spoke with was very polite and asked mostly sales based questions. This role is seeking entry-level employees with prior sales experience, so the majority of the interview was dedicated to scenario-based sales questions. For example, how would you meet your monthly quota, how would you convince a teacher to book a trip on a Friday vs. a Monday so you can make your sales quota? Overall, the recruiter I spoke with and training lead for the program were very friendly and kept me updated throughout the interview and decision process.

Interview
I received an email requesting a phone interview. I then selected three times in which I would be available. I automatically received my phone interview time via email. During the interview, I was asked professional questions as well as questions regarding my interests.

Interview
Resume and cover letter were reviewed by HR and a phone interview was scheduled. Basic phone interview going over resume & qualifications. Discussed the role and how experiences would be useful and beneficial to the company.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth and easy. I had an initial phone screening, then about a week later, an interview with one employee that lasted about 30 minutes. The final interview was 2.5 hours long that comprised of speaking with two different employees and then doing a 30 minute mock sales exercise. Everyone was very nice and helpful!
