Interview
The process was long--I applied in February and was offered the job in May. I really tailored my resume and cover letter to the position, which I think helped in the first round with the automatic resume filter system. I first had a short interview, then a few days later was asked to do a few Skype interviews, which included preparing a speech. Then, I had another round of Skype interviews which included doing a mock sales call. After that, I was asked to go into the office and have a few more interviews with different people, which lasted a few hours. Early the next week, I was offered the position. The interviews weren't particularly hard, just time consuming to prepare. Make sure you know a lot about the company, the role, and why you'd be perfect for it. Also make sure you prepare your own questions for the interviewers, so you can get a better idea of the culture and position.

Interview
I received an email requesting a phone interview. I then selected three times in which I would be available. I automatically received my phone interview time via email. During the interview, I was asked professional questions as well as questions regarding my interests.

The interview process was very smooth and easy. I had an initial phone screening, then about a week later, an interview with one employee that lasted about 30 minutes. The final interview was 2.5 hours long that comprised of speaking with two different employees and then doing a 30 minute mock sales exercise. Everyone was very nice and helpful!
