Referred by an employee. First step was 15 minute phone call, then was invited to office for two 30 minute interviews with directors. Was asked questions mostly about sales experience for the role, and many personality/behaviour questions to see if you would be a good fit

I received an email requesting a phone interview. I then selected three times in which I would be available. I automatically received my phone interview time via email. During the interview, I was asked professional questions as well as questions regarding my interests.

Resume and cover letter were reviewed by HR and a phone interview was scheduled. Basic phone interview going over resume & qualifications. Discussed the role and how experiences would be useful and beneficial to the company.

Interview
The interview process was very smooth and easy. I had an initial phone screening, then about a week later, an interview with one employee that lasted about 30 minutes. The final interview was 2.5 hours long that comprised of speaking with two different employees and then doing a 30 minute mock sales exercise. Everyone was very nice and helpful!
