I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Denver, CO) in Nov 2012
Interview
I first interviewed for this position in summer '11 and was not extended an offer. I was surprised to be called in to interview with one person and then was actually interviewing with 4 people at separate times. I interviewed for this position again in fall '12 and again, was not extended an offer. I do believe in the company and wanted to work there greatly, however I do feel I did very well in the interview this last time and that I have gained more experiences useful to them so I was a bit disappointed to be denied twice. What was more disappointing however was that when I asked for feedback twice, no response was given. I feel companies should treat each candidate as a potential customer (in this case I am an existing customer). I feel the lack of response is a poor take on customer service and has slightly hindered me wanting to travel with them again. The pay for this job is poor but it seems easy to work your way up in the company - once you've gotten it. Fast paced young culture with many hours. The second interview I had with them was a panel style group interview with about 9 candidates and 4 employees asking various questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mostly situational questions: "Tell us about a time when...." or questions about how you would qualify leads. This is a PHONE SALES job. Do not respond with you don't like talking on the phone or you find it hard to make sales via phone... doi

There was a screening call and then I had the really interview. The people I interviewed with were kind and friendly. Overall the interview process was smooth and I did not have to wait long for a responses.

I applied online. I interviewed at EF (Education First) (Cambridge, MA)
Interview
The interview process included a phone screen with HR and then virtual interview loop where I talked with 3 people, two sales managers and one sales trainer. The managers asked traditional questions and the portion with the trainer was a mock sales call.

Question 1
The portion with a sales trainer was a mock sales call where I had to pretend to call them and start off a sales call.
