Very simple, great communication and very prompt. The interview was only about 45 minutes long and felt like more of a conversation in which they suss out who you are as a teacher through conversation and casual questions.
They asked confusing questions with no real context behind it. I think they should given more scenario based questions for this type of job interview. It just felt very awkward and chaotic.
