It was good, I did an interview for line cook position, so I did with head chef. Also chef ask about yourself, your passion, availability, and why earls like that and I got second interview.
Brief, simple, they wanted to know what experience i had, why i chose earls. What my timeline and availability were. Lower level position so career options were discussed. Manager gave me most of the more standard interview questions, chef was easier.

Was tedious, Steve couldn’t tell me how to properly do lunch rushes, reason being was because I was too tall to stand in the kitchen. I even tried to have a rolling office chair
