Interview
The interview for QA tester is pretty simple:
Group interview with at least 10 applicants,
1st stage - written test:
Test consist of gramar questions and games related questions
2nd stage - each person is asked three random questions by the test lead.
Note that the questions can be QA domain related, games related, personality, team, social related.

Fairly easy, I sent out my CV and got an interview meeting set up. During the interview, there were some easy test, to check my english skills (speech and writing), as well as the ability to spot bugs within games and prioritize them.
