Application
I applied online. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Austin, TX) in May 2017
Interview
Applied online. Recruiter emailed and setup a time for a phone screen. Was a very amicable conversation, talked about benefits, the position etc. Then setup a time for a technical phone screen with the hiring manager. Terrible experience henceforth. The interviewer was rude and arrogant, and cut me off at every answer that I tried to provide. He tried to question my background and my experience. I told him clearly at which skills and technologies I have worked with and have not, but he nevertheless kept on asking me questions on the same stuff that I never worked on. It was more like an interrogation than a professional interview with an adult. Seemed to me the phone interview was a mere formality. The guy was never serious about considering my candidature. I lost interest that moment. The interviewer's arrogance, snobbishness and lack of basic professional etiquette and humility was a big turn off(who would want to work with a guy like that to begin with ..!!)...Waste of time !! Informed the recruiter that very evening that I am not interested in proceeding forward.

Interview
They have a phone screen followed by in-person interview(s). The questions were more tailored to a programming role than an architect, contrary to the job description. I recall low-level programming questions on topics like Concurrent HashMap.
