One Phone interview with recruiter then 1 in person interview with 2 Different Senior Development Directors and 1 Mid level Development Manager. Response given within two weeks of in person interview.

There are three rounds for the academy role. First round with the recruiter. Second round with a development manager, and the last round is a panel interview with two more development managers.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Vancouver, BC) in Aug 2022
Interview
I received an email from HR letting me know they were interested in meeting virtually. We set a time for an initial call, about 30mins. Then a few days later, we set up the next interview, 30mins. Afterwards, a final panel interview about 45mins. All were completed via zoom.
