The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Montreal, QC) in July 2007
Interview
I applied through their online job application website, and through two connections; someone who work for them for years a long time ago, and someone who was working for them at the time.
About two weeks later, they contacted me to schedule an interview for their mobile department.
Everything went well, they scheduled a second interview with their console team the following week.
During that interview, they asked which position I would like more -- as they had two different positions, one in mobile, one in console -- and I answered truthfully.
I relocated and accepted their offer.
Overall, I found them pretty fast and efficient, although I was not expecting the 2nd interview. Maybe I applied for both positions through their online job application website but I can't remember.
I applied online. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Vancouver, BC) in Jan 2026
Interview
5 total Interviews were held. The five interviews were 1 hour voice and video internet calls typically on the voice chatting software zoom. Typically multiple individuals interviewing at one time, Questions and answers about experience and hypothetical scenarios relevant to the job.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Singapore) in July 2025
Interview
Four rounds of interviews - enjoyed every single one of them! Positive experience overall, from the first screening call to the offer. The Talent Acquisition was very helpful in updating me every step of the way.

Question 1
What game is, in my opinion, the pinnacle of game design?
Very polite. I was asked normal questions about my resume, portfolio and experience. The interviewer was nice and we walked through everything that might be relevant to the position. Good.
