I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Galway) in July 2018
Interview
I applied online, but since I haven't heard from them, I messaged in-house recruiter. She couldn't find my application, so I had to apply again.
First, I spoke to the HR over phone, half an hour chat about my background, preferences etc.
Second, I spoke over phone to development director, about 1 hours chat. Questions covered my previous work experience and how it aligns with what they are looking for. Although I haven't had the title of development manager previously in my CV, I had experience in different areas they were looking for the role. However, I was told I didn't have the title of dev manager previously in my CV, which was probably a deal breaker for them.
1st interview - panel of 2 Development dires and senior lead
2nd round - panel of 2 senior development Directors
interview followed normal flow of introductions and started with discussing my resume
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Burnaby, BC) in Aug 2025
Interview
Long proess. Was in the hiring process for 2 months with 5 interviews. Didn't get a lot of feedback and insight. Felt a little lead on with the consistent interviews.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Electronic Arts (Vancouver, BC) in Oct 2024
Interview
First was a call with a recruiter, then a 30-minute interview with the department lead and two panels with two people, an hour each. Panels were assigned one by one. In case you fail the first one, you are out of the competition.
