I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Electronic Arts
Interview
Was initially a smooth process. Everyone was pleasant to speak to from the recruiter to the senior executives. However I was strung along through 7 interviews with the team making it appear like I would get the job only to be rejected. Was a very tedious, overly long process to go through only to get my hopes crushed. How does someone not get too attached after that amount of time? For a large company like EA, I would've assumed they'd have their hiring process streamlined so this kind of overinflated interview process wouldn't happen.
