Two “interviews”, one screen and then one real interview. Everyone was so supportive and excited about their roles, my potential in the company, and they were extremely transparent about what to expect throughout the process and once I got hired.

Question 1
They use the STAR model of interviewing, so know your resume backwards and forwards. They’ll ask you questions about situations you’ve been in in the past to gauge how you think, work through issues, and handle pressure.
Interview with recruiter for the first round; then panel interview with two managers asking typical interview questions that you answer in a STAR Format. Starts with tell me about yourself and ends with why should we hire you. Then they leave time for questions. It’s a 45 min interview.

Describe a time when you collaborated across a diverse team.
CV + Cover letter. Had to prepare a presentation in advance and answer some competency based questions. Very timely in terms of finding out outcome. Some people had an assessment center.
