Group interview with a lot of other young people. We were asked some questions and then asked to interact with some group members. At the end you will fill out a questionnaire with a bunch of simple maths and ethics questions.
I was sat down in front of two of the managers and asked about my prior experience and availability. Very short process. They commented on my resume which they had printed out.
