The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Eventbrite (San Francisco, CA) in July 2011
Interview
Given questions to answer before phone interview. Phone interview. Then one on one interview on site. Was suppose to be with HR director, VP of Customer experience, and Customer support team but didn't end up meeting customer support team because they were all busy. Kind of unprofessional to cancel last minute. The office was open and seemed like a really standard tech company. Not as exciting as Facebook or Google per say but seemed like a very positive work culture and environment.

Interview
The process took about 4 weeks. I appreciated the professionalism of the interviewers and the recruitment team. The process included different stages ( phone, face to face ) with a follow up and a feedback after each stage . Very good experience

Tania Perez - Manager, Talent Acquisition (Europe)
I applied online. I interviewed at Eventbrite (San Francisco, CA) in Apr 2017
Interview
Eventbrite was very detail oriented and very thorough to be sure they find the right talent.
My process started with a LinkedIn post. Moved on to an initial phone screen which lasted 15 minutes. From there, I had a 3 hour Skype interview with lots of people. Then moved onto a in person interview. They flew me to SanFran and watched how I interacted with the team and asked more questions.
Lots of behavioral type questions. "Tell me about a time when...", "When was a time you...", "What would you do if..." type questions.

Question 1
Tell me about a time you were faced with a difficult client and how did you resolve?
I applied online. I interviewed at Eventbrite (Nashville, TN) in June 2016
Interview
This was an extremely lengthy and intense interview. It took over a month from start to finish, and if you're not chosen you'll receive a canned email with no feedback. After investing a solid month into research and interviews for the company, it feels like a slap in the face when you're not even told why you weren't chosen. Luckily there are plenty of other tech companies in Nashville with the same exact jobs who won't treat you like a random statistic.
