I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Eventbrite (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview drags for 6-8 weeks where they don't respond to you despite regular follow ups. The interviews are generic and lack depth but the worst part is they don't let you know what the role is supposed to be about.

Question 1
Generic questions that judge nothing in particular
Long, clumsy process. Feedback and updates on the process were often slow. Recruiter was nice but I could tell they were keeping me hanging while other candidates moved through interviews. Left me with a bad taste in my mouth but a good indication that this isn’t a team I’d be excited to join.

Question 1
How have you supported technology teams in the past?
The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Eventbrite (Hyderābād)
Interview
Endless rounds of discussions and finally they come up with the philosophy to assess more diverse profiles.
My questions is - When you’re fully equipped and convinced with the fact that you have to only hire diversity candidates why entertain male applicants even?
1. They are company who like to conduct endless interviews and waste time of others,
2. They take to the hope of offer stage and drop u right from the top crushing your hopes without any mercy
3. My application was moved away inspite of knowing i meet the DE&I criteria
4. The whole process is so fake inspite of begging 1000 times they just refused to overlook my candidacy
